Basecamp Awarded Prime Position on U.S. Navy LIIS CMDS Contract
Five-year, $249.9M ceiling IDIQ supports NAVAIR logistics IT modernization across the naval enterprise
RESTON, VA — Monday, June 15, 2026 — Basecamp Consulting & Solutions, LLC (Basecamp), an SBA-certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), today announced it has been awarded a prime position on the U.S. Navy Logistics IT Integration and Support (LIIS) Capability Modernization, Deployment, and Support (CMDS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract carries a ceiling of $249.9 million and is administered by Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC), Patuxent River, Maryland, on behalf of Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).
Under the LIIS CMDS MAC, awardees will compete for task orders to modernize, deploy, and sustain the enterprise information technology systems that power Navy maintenance and logistics operations. The scope spans Naval maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) systems; Naval supply chain management; Naval product lifecycle management (PLM); the Logistics Integrated Data Environment; and integration and infrastructure capability solutions delivered through the Navy’s Integrated Platform and Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) pipeline.
The contract was competed in two lots, an open competition lot and a small business set-aside lot, with 60 companies selected from 72 offers received. Basecamp was awarded under the small business set-aside lot and will compete for set-aside task orders throughout the period of performance.
